Have you been late or missed a number of meetings or appointments because your Outlook reminders are hidden?
After being late for 3 meetings on the same day, I realized I needed a more in my face type of reminder. I rolled up my sleeves and started searching for a solution. I was happy to discover that Microsoft added a way make Outlook reminders pop up on the screen in front of other open applications.
We decided everyone needs to know this.
This is how you can do that…
Open Outlook and click on File:
Then click on Options:
Next, click on Advanced:
To your right, find Reminders, then click on the box next to “Show reminders on top of other windows”:
Go to the bottom of the page and click on “OK”:
Now your reminder windows will show on top of other windows, helping to keep you where you are supposed to be, when you are supposed to be there.
